EdD-LOC Graduation Reception

EdD-LOC Graduation Reception

The EdD in Learning and Organizational Change (EdD-LOC) program graduation reception is a meaningful celebration honoring graduating doctoral students, the faculty and staff who supported them, and the alumni community that continues to shape the program’s legacy. As the program celebrates each graduating cohort, this reception serves as both a milestone and a moment of connection, welcoming graduates into a growing network of scholar-practitioners and alumni leaders.

The EdD-LOC program is built upon a cohort model that emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, professional growth, and community. Alumni have played a significant role in shaping the program experience by contributing their insight, leadership, and support over the years. In many ways, each graduating class becomes part of a larger tradition of encouragement and shared purpose, continuing to invest in the success of future cohorts.

Sponsorship support directly enhances the graduation reception experience for graduates and their guests. Contributions help create a welcoming and memorable event that reflects the care, excellence, and community-centered values that define the program. Sponsorship funding supports reception elements such as event hospitality, celebration materials, graduate recognition items, commemorative nameplates, and student-centered programming that honors this significant academic achievement.

Sponsors will be recognized according to their selected sponsorship level and may have opportunities for additional engagement, recognition, or participation during the celebration.

Through sponsorship support, alumni and friends of the program invest in the continued success of EdD-LOC students and celebrate the accomplishments of the newest graduating cohort.
