This immersive course draws together the theological underpinnings of the connections between ecology and food justice. Students study the theology and lives of Christians from the theological traditions who provide a robust reflection on the role Christian are to play in care for creation and the poor, while also studying contemporary models of humanitarian relief. This course is conducted as a travel course.
